Site Museum of Dingding Gate Launched an Immersive Public Welfare Commentary Activity

On July 6, Site Museum of Dingding Gate, Luoyang City of Sui and Tang Dynasties, launched an immersive public welfare commentary activity to lead visitors to uncover the historical mystery. 

Named "Luo Xiaowen Explores the Dingdingmen Site Museum at Night," this immersive experience began with a suspense: inside the Dingding Gate at night, Tang Dynasty "law enforcer" Bu Liangren, was chasing a foreign merchant. How are they connected to the infamous "Prince Consort Case"? Despite curfew, why were precious Western Regions spices covertly sold on the streets? Between theatrical rotations in a small venue, the commentator "Luo Xiaowen" elaborated on Dingding Gate's historical and cultural significance.

Once a part of the famous Silk Road, Dingding Gate is a UNESCO World Heritage site that played a crucial role in ancient East-West cultural exchanges. During the commentary activity, visitors also followed "Princess Taiping" up to the second floor of the museum, exploring a sand table exhibit showcasing the layout of Luoyang City of Sui and Tang Dynasties and the "celebrity residences" within the Lifang District.
