Visit Capital Ruins of Luoyang from Sui to Tang Dynasties for Shendu Lantern Festival Carnival

On February 12, the Capital Ruins of Luoyang from Sui to Tang Dynasties Scenic Area launched the event themed Shendu Lantern Festival Carnival to celebrate the Lantern Festival on the 15th day of the first month of the traditional Chinese calendar.

Shendu Carnival Night

Location: North Square of Yingtian Gate

Content: The Shendu Fairy Troupe made a stunning appearance, bringing a Lantern Festival exclusive edition of the Shendu Carnival Night. Cleverly combining ancient Nuo rituals with modern dance, dancers dispelled gloom and prayed for peace and prosperity of the coming year with passionate and unrestrained dance steps.

Yingtian Gate Projection Show – Lantern Festival Special

Location: North Square of Yingtian Gate

Content: The Yingtian Gate projection show opened with Shangyuan Festival (Lantern Festival) exclusive visuals, transforming Yingtian Gate into a giant light and shadow screen, sending blessings to citizens and tourists.

China-Chic Music – Musical Monsters Special

Location: The Hall of Heaven and the Bright Hall Scenic Area in the Capital Ruins of Luoyang from Sui to Tang Dynasties

Content: The ultra-popular China-Chic band Musical Monsters was invited to bring a unique Chinese trend concert with exciting melodies and distinctive performances.

Shendu Shangyuan Lantern Show

Location: Jiuzhou Imperial Garden

Content: The most popular Shangyuan Lantern Show at Jiuzhou Imperial Garden continued to illuminate the Spring Festival celebrations.  The Garden was adorned with beautiful and dazzling lanterns, creating a brilliantly lit lantern-viewing route. This year's display offered a spectacular, ultimate, and immersive experience for visitors.
